Mental Success  

Our minds are amazing things, understanding how they work is crucial to mental success. Our minds always tend to complete the picture for us, if we give it a negative image of our lives, then it will help produce that type of life. The thing you must do is change that around, in vision success in all that you do.

When in visioning success we must also stop imagining failure. Negative thoughts are 7 times more potent than positives one. Every time you imagine yourself failing, you must imagine yourself succeeding 7 times just to balance it out. Best not to have those thoughts in the first place.

Many people will get deterred from thoughts of success with every bump in the road, know that bumps and hurdles happen, without them we wouldn’t have the growing opportunities we do. Stay strong and keep going. Try to turn the minor failures into positives experiences.

I recommend using a daily positive affirmation to help condition your mind, try using “I am successful.” Or even use something more to you situation, “I will accomplish __________.” For more on affirmations view our Helping Tools.
